Care of Your Product:
Our production is constant, so when you get your order, it has normally just been made. Once opened, we recommend placing it into a re-sealable bag to keep it fresh.
Shipping:
Since most of our products are heat sensitive, getting the order to you a.s.a.p. is very important. Unfortunatly, this can be somewhat costly. Shipping out of calif. Is more expensive then shipping in calif..
We care about your product. So, we normally ship year round with at least some ice. More in the summer, less in the winter. We make it a point to always have our product get to you within 3 days or less. We use all three major shipping companies, (fedex, u.p.s., and post office) and choose the best option at time of shipment, based on destination.
We normally ship only on mon, tues., and sometimes wed.. This way there is no chance of your product sitting in a hot truck over the weekend. So, if you place your order wed., - sun., it won’t be shipped till the following Mon., or Tues.. We reserve the right not to ship during extremely hot weather, but will notify you of the delay if we have a means of contact for you.
California Shipping Rates:
$0-25=$6 flat rate
$25.01 and up=free shipping
Outside California Shipping rates:
$0-30=$10
$30.01 and up=free shipping
Returns/Refunds:
We are unable to accept returns of our product. No refunds given/credits only. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us right-a-way and we assure you that we will make it right. We want to make sure you enjoy our product and will do whatever it takes to make sure that happens. |
